The Billing Process

When you sign up, your credit card will be charged $249 and again on that day of every month that you continue your exhibit hall. You can cancel at any time prior to the bill-date of the next billing cycle and your credit card will not be charged again.

Single Month Example

(Week 1)

We signed up for your first exhibit hall. We added 5 "example" exhibit booths to your exhibit hall and added it to your website easy enough.

(Week Two)

The next week, we advertised our virtual trade show to our website visitors as potential attendees and offered "virtual exhibit space" to our members. We were able to add 20 exhibit booths that second week.

(Week Three)

We opened the virtual trade show to registered addendees. Attendees chatted with exhibitors and were eager to click on exhibits for some of the promotions, videos, downloadable materials, etc.

(Week Four)

When we closed the exhibit hall, we exported all the activity reports of our show into Excel spreadsheets from the MyExhibits control panel. Then we canceled our GoExhibit exhibit hall.

Summary

We collected exhibiting fees and attendee registration fees and only paid $179 for the entire event. In the following weeks, we were able to offer (sell) our attendee list to our entire member list. We even sold premium lists to members who offered products and services similiar to items that were clicked on during the show. We were able to capitalize on almost every report we generated prior to closing the exhibit hall.
